Red Hawk Ridge
About
Located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the Red Hawk Ridge golf course offers beautiful panoramic views of Colorado's Front Range and Castle Rock. The rolling terrain causes dramatic elevation changes for a fun, challenging game. It was designed with a traditional links-style layout with large, undulating greens and generous, subtly rolling fairways. The course has many risk/reward opportunities as well as heavy mounding and strategically placed bunkers. With five sets of tees, Red Hawk Ridge accommodates any skill level of golfer. The golf course's landscape is resplendent with lush native grasses and lakes, and several types of wildlife have even made the course their home.

Course in great shape
The only problem I had with the experience was Holes 1 thru 9
played right thru upon arriving at the turn everything was backed up and it took 31/2 hours to play the back nine. The problem was all walk ons started on hole # 10 instead of Hole 1.
This kinda ruined the whole round.
Take advantage of the golf now program
Took advantage of the great golfNow discount. Golf course is in fabulous shape.
The staff were very friendly and let me go out early. It has been several years since I played there last but I'll be certain to go out there and play again in the future.
Nice layout
Very nice layout. Back 9 has great views, elevation changes. Would definitely go back again.
very nice
Diverse course. Well maintained. Great price. Friendly staff. A bit slow but it was a Sat so to be expected. Overall great course.
Excellent course!!!
Excellent shape, lovely views, fun. Variety of holes. Loved elevation. Very nice staff
Top 5 courses in Colorado
Red Hawk is always in pristine condition and has some of the best views in Colorado.
Course is very nice...
This course was in very good condition. Due to a shot gun tournament that was in front of us the course played extremely slow.
I love the View and the course layout, I be Back for more,
This course has a best view great layout, i love it i will come back and play it again and again,,, Thank you your do a aowsome of keeping up a good condition of fairway and the Green,
Sweet course
Red Hawk Ridge offered some stunning views and some fun tracks, but it is pretty expensive unless you're paying the twilight rate.
Great place to play, pace was extremely slow
Good variety of challenges, well kept although the fairways were saturated in many places (heavy rain the night before). Only complaint was the pace of play ( although marshals did a commendable job of trying to speed things up). Bottom line, we'll be back, hopefully earlier in the morning when pace is faster
Very nice layout with some difficult tee shots
The course was in great condition. The greens were consistent, not very fast. The tee offs were tight and difficult on many holes. A lot of home construction on the front nine going on right now. A little over priced at $79.
Red Hawks is Awesome!!!
I love this golf course. Red Hawks Ridge is fun to play and the course offers challenging holes along with some easy par 3s. The greens are always in great shape and the views from some of the high points on the golf course are spectacular. Everyone should take the time to get out to Red Hawks Ridge at least once per season. It is worth the drive from anywhere in the Denver Metro area.
great course
had a good time at this great course! a couple of elevated tees make this course unique. the views of colorado mountains are amazing.
Beautiful course, but slow pace of play....
This is a beautiful course, but it plays a little bit short, and the pace of play was too slow considering it was a Thursday morning round.
Something for everyone
Plenty of challenging holes (#7 is a beast from the tips), a good sprinkling of ego-boosters (came within a foot of my first ace on 14), and a true eagle opportunity on #18 if you've got the onions. Always a good time playing Red Hawk Ridge.
Almost pristine
The course has recovered nicely from the late spring freezes the had hurt many of the greens. There were very few places that still had problems. Otherwise the course is in excellent condition. Watch for Rattle Snakes as we incountered one on the 17th tee box. Luckily he was sunning himself on the cart path so he was easy to see because once he retreated into the grass he was absolutely invisible. Proceed into the long grass with caution.
Challenging lay out but is a course you can score on if you think about placement of shots
Good challenging course with some nice views. Staff could have been a bit friendlier at the bar and pro shop.
Gorgeous vistas and a lot of changes in elevation!
This is a very scenic and beautiful course. It tends to get quite windy in afternoons, with occasional rain, but it has beautiful views of the foothills, valleys and mountains surrounding it!
It was a great course to play.
The fairways and greens are in excellent condition. The entire course is pleasing to the eye. Can't wait to play it again.
This course is in good condition, great views and fun to play.
Enjoyed the course. Will definitely play again. it was in good condition, had great views and interesting holes
