Broken Tee Englewood - Par-3 Course
About
One of the golf courses at Broken Tee Englewood is a nine-hole, par-3 course and there is also a championship-length course. Previously under the name Englewood Golf Course there had only been one course, but after a few renovations, the facility's name changed to Broken Tee Englewood and two Perry Dye-designed courses are now offered. The nine-hole municipal course offers 1,750 yards of golf at its longest tees. The course offers great practice for beginning golfers. Broken Tee Englewood also boasts an excellent junior golf program, which makes this municipal facility perfect for family outings. On the premises there are several convenient amenities such as a lighted driving range, pro shop, and restaurant. Englewood is a spikeless facility.

Fun Morning at Broken Tee
Solid round. Only played 9 holes, but it was a fun time. Aside from leaves along the side of the fairways, the course itself was great.
This is probably the worst course I have ever played in my 50 years of golf
There are no redeeming qualities about the condition of this course. I can’t believe people play here
Good course that needs a manager
I played this course in early October and for this time of year, the course was in stellar condition.
The course is mostly open with a few pinch points either between trees on each side of a narrow section or between water traps, though that is not many holes.
The two concerns I had were:
1) The drink cart was not observed until hole 12.
2) the group 2 tee times ahead had *3* empty holes in front of them. Causing a massive slowdown that caused a course that I suspect could be played in 4:15 to play at 5:00 hours on a Monday at noon.
Good course, could use improvements.
Good, challenging course, interesting layout. Fairways and greens were well kept. They do need to make some infrastructure improvements to the area, the grounds, the cart paths, etc.. Overall, worth the money.
Snake Bit
No, I was not bitten by a snake. It seemed the the ball either bounced left or right but not forward. My playing partner last two balls that should have been in the fairway. The greens were pretty receptive or not. Overall, the course is in good condition. The front 9 was a little soggy in place. Overall it’s a good track as long as the pace of play is consistent.
Course is AMAZING
Staff is amazing, course is beautiful and it is extremely worth the price! This is my new spot for my days off!
Poor pace of play
We were the 7:50 tee time and the round took 5 hours. There was no marshal on the course and the 7:30 tee time was several holes behind and was never asked to move forward or let people play through.
Fun Par 3 Course
It was a great time. Pro Shop was clean. Staff were friendly. The Par 3 course was cheap and honestly a lot of fun!
O.K., Could be much better
Good course, we enjoyed our round..........But, holes 1-6 are not in good shape, lots of bad spots on tees, fairways and greens........Graffiti in rest room agrees........MAINTAIN THIS COURSE!!........BETTER MAINTENANCE!!...........Holes on other side of river 12-18 are in better shape............Pace of play was good until the last 4 or 5 holes........bogged down badly, not sure why..........No ranger, but the GPS on the cart keeps you aware of your pace of play...... They also have a Geofence which busts you when you go where you shouldn't.......No problem there I did accidently enter an area I shouldn't have once............But the Geofence messed up also beeping loudly and telling me to "Get Off The Tee"......even though I was on the cart path. So, a bit of adjustment needs to be made there............All in all, a fun round and we will be back...........Just hope 1-6 is in better shape next time.
Fun 9 hole Par 3
Couple hours to kill, 3 buddies had a blast on the Par 3. Holes all different, yes could use more water and fertilizer, but very playable. Great price! Fun afternoon.
Broken Tee Par 3
Course is easy to walk and overall the course is very playable. However, the sand traps were hard as concrete, many with standing water in them, and were not very well maintained.
Overall, we enjoyed playing there.
Good practice areas
Cart path was the pits, rough, serious ruts. No 150 markers, no ball washers. Won’t go back.
