Park City Golf Course was first only nine holes, but designer William Neff redesigned it into the 18-hole course it is now. In 2003, nearly three decades after its renovation, the designer's son, William Neff Jr., redesigned the 18th hole. It is a mountain-style course on a rolling terrain with many trees. The course has an elevation of 6,700 feet that can add distance to shots and it is also convenient during hotter months since it is about 10 to 15 degrees cooler than other golf courses. The greens are undulating and the fairways are lined with trees. Water hazards come into play on every hole and there are bunkers on nearly all of them as well. Park City Golf Course is quite picturesque with meandering streams and lakes and an abundance of natural flora and fauna.
