Meadows Golf Club
About
Located in the Southwest Metro area, the golf course at the Meadows Golf Club has a links-style layout that provides a challenging and fun game for all golfers. The trio of Bradford Benz, J. Michael Poellot, and Richard Phelps designed this municipal, 18-hole course. It is just over 7,000 yards and plays to a par of 72. The course is situated against the foothills of the Rockies, providing nice views along the course. The risk-and-reward layout of the course features water hazards and bunkers. Meadows Golf Club's signature hole is the par-3, 8th hole, which require a shot over water to a well-bunkered and extremely sloped green.

Classic round
What makes a classic round?
Perfect conditions, throwing darts as much as I can... almost eagled #16, super-green course... all season has been awesome!
Lack of martial or drink cart
Tee time 2 pm on a Friday. A tournament was played just a few minutes before arrival.
Front 9, drink cart once, at 3:30 or so, pace of 2:05. Back 9, no drink cart at all, pace of 2:45. Group in front of us fell 3 holes behind, but there was nobody to talk with about the issue.
Great day on the links
Course is in good shape. Greens rolled nicely. Some strange spacing left us waiting on some holes but believe that was the group ahead of us and not the starter. Will definitely be back!
Windy city!?!?!!
Chicago had nothing on us today.... 30+ mph winds!
This golf course is a great challenge in calm weather... completely different course, with teeth today!
Plan, commit, trust and hold on!?!?
Great fun and I won 12 skins...!?!?! :)!
Good day on the Links
Course was in good shape. Pace of play was very slow on the front nine. It picked up very nicely when a very slow group in front of us stopped after nine holes. Very strange layout with a lot of blind and weird holes. I have learned how to play it somewhat but definitely a very strategic layout to say the least.
Pleasantly surprised
When you pay only $39 for 18 holes plus a cart, you aren't expending a whole lot.
The course plays 6572 from the blue tees, which is fairly normal. It's a fairly wide open course, but with several strategic holes. For example, hole 6 is a 357 yard hole. You can take a chance with a driver and be 100 out, but it's risky due to trees making it narrow. Or you can layup with an easy 180 yard club and need another 190 after the dogleg to the hole. How accurate are you with the driver?
For a 97 degree day, the course was in great shape. Just smokey from the California fires.
My only complaint is the wait to get any food at the turn. Put a phone on hole 8 or have someone there immediately. Having to wait 5 minutes to start your order is not ideal.
Overall, excellent value for the price.
This course was awesome
The layout of the course is amazing, being able to start on the front or back 9 straight out of the clubhouse is my favorite layout. The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly
