About
The golf course at Littleton Golf and Tennis Club (previously known as Centennial Downs Golf Course) is a short, 18-hole course. The course, designed by Dick Phelps, opened in 1986. Hidden Gem!!
Littleton GC is one of my favorite courses to play in the Denver area. Absolutely a beautiful setting, well maintained and provides enough challenge to satisfy most golfers. Every group I'm paired with have always voiced my opinion of this course. The only thing I'd like to see is a practice area for chipping, pitching and sand shots.
Good value
Nice course close to home and in good condition. Floating balls on range and easy course design were least favorable but overall had a great time
good time all around
I went off on time and found the course to be in much better shape than last year at this time. Was particularly impressed by the sand in the sand traps, a rarity.
Fun round with pretty good conditions
The weather was near perfect for an early April day. The course was in pretty good condition except for the areas under construction, particularly around the first and second holes. The pace of play was slow. We had to wait at every tee box mostly because the group ahead of us was walking and we had carts. No rangers were to be found. There were still some aeration holes in the fairways and around the greens which made things a bit tricky. However, the greens were in good shape for the season.
Pace of play needed help!
I’ve played this course several times this year and today was the worst pace of play I have ever seen, for any course! Backed up 3 sometimes 4 groups behind. A corse Marshall would have been helpful.

Course in overall good shape. Didn’t realize the course was made up mostly of Par 3’s. Price was right

In good shape.
This course is kept in very good shape. The greens are great.

Slow bumpy greens
Greens were bad 10 min wait on each tee box .
Went in for hot dog took forever group behind us cut in front us old grumpy twosome . You get it or you don’t
Fun day, great staff, good conditions
This was a 5th time out on the course for me. The weather was superb, allowing for short sleeves for most of the day. The check-in was seamless, the weather was so inviting to walk, plus it's a short course, 4700 yards max. The conditions were very good, kudos to the course crew! Note, the greens are not as fast as the practice greens. The range is open, letting you hit onto the mostly frozen lake, crazy image of thousands of rangeballs on the surface, will they run out? The course does pose some challenges for ladies, like the 171 yard par 3 #13! For an exec 18 (11 par 3s, 5 par 4s, 2 par 5s, par 63), this course gives you quite a nice variety, including a couple par 5s requiring a bit of course management, especially with partially frozen lakes, you can't just expect to bounce across, kersplash! You get to play most of the clubs in your bag. In general, the course favors faders. Plus, you get 3 par 3s over 200 yards, nice! The Golfnow hotdeal is popular, understandably. Enjoy!
November greenery
November 7th in Colorado and the course is in perfect shape. Fairways like velvet. Greens outstanding. Go figure!
But the course management here is top notch. And they take pride in there work.
The pro shop staff is also excellent and I would certainly recommend the course pros to help sharped up your game.
Sounds like an advertisement but they deserve it.
Hello Scott, we're glad you enjoyed our great course conditions. Thank you for playing Littleton Golf and Tennis Club! #LittletonGolf

Fun Little Executive Course
I had driven by this course for years and finally gave it a try this year. I am glad I did. The weather was nice and it made the round a lot of fun. The holes aren't particularly long but some of the approaches are blind and some of the traps come into play on approaches. The day I played must have been shortly after an aeration because there were plugs all through the fairways. Greens were in good condition but some of the tee boxes were pretty chewed up.
Hello, thank you for the excellent 4-star review! #LittletonGolf
Hello Steve, thank you for the excellent 4-star review! #LittletonGolf
Good Course but need better staff
The course itself is fun and perfect for an executive layout. Peter the pro is extremely friendly and an excellent teacher. That being said the rest of the front office staff need to be changed out. They're rude, abrasive and many times make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by playing there. This staff is the reason I don't play there more often. If it weren't for Peter I wouldn't play there again and you tell people to avoid this staff and the course.
Great executive course
Course was in excellent condition for October. Love that they still had water out on the course.
